In the NewsCourtesy The Cornwall Local September 5, 2006 - Emergency services honored with a monument A six-foot emergency services monument was lowered into position at Chadeayne Circle on Sept. 2. The monument will be unveiled at a special ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 11. The area around the monument has been upgraded into a small but tranquil park.
